Don Luis Hernández has dedicated himself for more than 40 years to the construction field. Don Luis is characterized by his passion for building, love of innovation and search to master the challenges that arise in the field with techniques, materials and new ideas that constantly evolve and transform construction. The father of four children created this family business and with the help of his wife it has continued to grow, instilling the values of respect, humility and love for what they do.
Mauricio, the second son of Don Luis, joined LHC in 2008. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Master’s degree in Spanish Literature and Linguistics and also studied International Business. Mauricio is the point of communication between the LHC team and our clients, both in English and Spanish, always looking for a fluid construction process where teamwork is key. His passion for what he does has led him to seek the best possible construction process where both the design team, the client and LHC coexist in an environment of harmony and trust.
The
youngest of Don Luis’ sons Gustavo joined the team in 2012. He studied Business
Management at Universidad Latina and has taken the position of office
management and accounting. He is always looking for ways to improve customer
communication with Cost Reports and accounting management. He oversees Human
Resources with the help of other team members as well. Gustavo is the numbers
guy of the team and works hard to keep things on track.
