Don Luis Hernandez se ha dedicado durante más de 40 años al sector de la construcción. Don Luis se caracteriza por su pasión por la construcción, su amor por la innovación y su búsqueda por dominar los retos que surgen en el sector con técnicas, materiales y nuevas ideas que evolucionan y transforman constantemente la construcción. Este padre de cuatro hijos creó esta empresa familiar y, con la ayuda de su esposa, ha seguido creciendo, inculcando los valores del respeto, la humildad y el amor por lo que hacen.

Don Luis Hernandez has dedicated himself for more than 40 years to the construction sector. Don Luis is characterized by his passion for construction, love of innovation and search to master the challenges that arise in the field with techniques, materials and new ideas that constantly evolve and transform construction. The father of four children, created this family business that together with his wife have managed to grow, instilling the values of respect, humility and love for what they do.
Mauricio is the second son of Don Luis and he joined LHC in 2008. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Masters degree in Spanish Literature and Linguistics; also studied in the International Business career. Mauricio is the point of communication between clients and the LHC team, both in English and Spanish, always looking for a fluid construction process where teamwork is key. His passion for what he does has led him to seek the best possible construction process where both the design team, the client and LHC coexist in an environment of harmony and trust.
Gustavo is the youngest son of Don Luis and he joined LHC in 2011. He studied at Universidad Latina in Business Administration and Accounting.
Among his tasks, Gustavo manages the accounting part of the company and shares Cost Reports for each project with clients. A large part of LHC’s success is the open and constant communication between the internal team and the clients throughout the construction process.
The older of Don Luis’s sons. Graduated with honors from Universidad Latina in 2005. Alonso has 20 years of experience in structural design and technical direction of large engineering projects in Costa Rica, México and Perú. With his vision, passion and profound belief in team work, he’s joining LHC team in 2025.
